A significant portion of your day, is sitting down at your desk in a hunched position. Try this routine to keep your body moving and help ease some of those aches and pains.
Time to perform routine- 2 minutes
Mobility at home
Get down on the floor and spend some time freeing up and loosening off your tight and stiff muscles.
Time to perform routine- 5 minutes
Spiky Ball massage
Area: Lower Body
Grab your Spiky ball, tennis ball or hockey ball and work on key areas of your lower body.
Spiky Ball massage
Area: Upper Body
Grab your Spiky ball, tennis ball or hockey ball and work on key areas of your upper body.
Foam Roller
Area: Full Body
Grab your foam roller and perform this full body massage routine to help you relax and loosen off.

Perform any of these sequences to prepare your body for a workout or simply to loosen off and feel good.
Floor Based Upper Body Mobility
Hold each movement for 30-60 seconds
Then once you have progressed through all positions, perform them dynamically transitioning from one movement to the next every 2 seconds
